Eagle Creek

Last night, we had the privilege to enjoy ourselves just 5 minutes from our homes in Rexburg and camp out with the Thomas'! It was a blast. Playing The Settlers of Catan, making smores and listening to Logan tell him crazy Pirates Cove tale just made it wonderful time. Jeremy & I got to use our brand new Half Dome 2 tent my mom got us for a wedding gift and we were super cozy all night! It's such a blessing to have a stressful week of classes and and tests and then have a getaway for a night and just completely relax. I love camping so much. It makes me so grateful for everything that we have (running water included) and for the beautiful sounds of nature. I love waking up smelling the campfire and hearing the birds chirp bright and early. Not to mention waking up to my favorite person in the entire world! All in all, it was a fun little getaway for the night and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks Thomas' :)

Buehner Cabin!

This evening, for Memorial day weekend, Jeremy & I are headed up to Island Park to stay at the Buehner Cabin! We're bringing our good friends Logan & Taylor. We've all been anticipating this weekend for a few weeks now and we're gonna have a blast no matter what. We're not really sure what the weather's supposed to be like yet, but we're hoping it's fairly warm enough to do some campfire shinanigans, a bit of fishing and some hiking around West Yellowstone. I'll be sure to share our fun adventures when I return & post some awesome pictures as well! Bye for now :)

The Harper's Harping

So Jeremy just recently started a band and they are awesome! They're called The Harper's Harping. They performed their first show tonight at Sammy's and everyone loved them! I'm so proud of them, they work so hard. Jeremy really enjoys getting together with his buddies and rockin' out. If you add them on Facebook, you can keep up with show dates and what not. Gratitude

I think gratitude is something wonderful. Tonight for family night, Jeremy & I had a great lesson and conversation on the communication within our relationship and the things we can do to improve. It was such a powerful conversation and it just made me so grateful for such a wonderful husband. The spirit really spoke to us tonight and I feel very grateful tonight. I feel very grateful for all the blessings I have received since I have met, dated and married Jeremy.
